The location is at the entrance of Nankinmachi and about 10 min walk from the JR Sannomiya station and the Kobe-Sannomiya Hankyu station which helps you move easily to sightseeing spots and attractions in Kobe. It’s also very close to shopping streets and restaurants. The hotel is clean, the reception beautiful and they even have a music library ^^

V nice comfortable hotel. Staff were lovely, room was great & was v nice to be able to use the breakfast area in the afternoon for free tea, coffee, (good coffee) etc. They had vending machines with beer & soft drinks, ice machine, all the extras including night wear, toiletries and a list of local eating recommendations. Location is excellent, v close to a train station - only 350mt if you get off the correct exit (comes up on google maps if you put the hotel in) & right next to Chinatown, depertment store, shops & some lovely Japanese eateries. Easy walk to some of the attractions, port area is walkable or you can catch the gov run tourist loop bus v close by & hop on & off to see all the local attractions (max cost Y700). I recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the staff. They were so understanding and helpful with the many issues that came up throughout our trip! The facilities in the hotel were also wonderful and everything very enjoyable and comfortable in our room. The location is also great, close to so many stores to shop at, eat and walk around.

Value for money. Excellent breakfast, practically gourmet level, for $15 Lounge area had vinyl record library and turntables for personal use. Staff were extremely helpful when I had issues with family member. Hotel was only few steps away from China Town and also close to dozens of cafes, restaurants, shopping stores. 5 minutes walk from railway station. Perfect location. Quiet rooms.

Room was more spacious than expected, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom and shower. Location was conveniently close to the Motomachi subway station, with a 7-eleven right across the street as well as on the way to the station. Breakfast was superb.

Great location. Walking distance to unmissable Kobe port. Next door to Starbucks and entrance to Chinatown. 7 11, train & bus, department stores and Bentley car dealer within 5 minutes or less walk. Ring route busses for “City” and “Port” stop 1 minute walk. Polite staff.

This ideally located hotel had, like most Japanese hotels, many free extras. A library of LP's as well as a turntable to play music in the lobby, a drink machine with beer, and a small restaurant for breakfast. Within walking distance of the train station, around the corner from Chinatown and 15 min walk from the waterfront. The staff was so helpful, suggesting places to see and how to get there.

Very clean, stuffs speak good english. Facilities are very good in the room. The hotel is located very conveniently, it’s 1min from china town street, 5min from the port and 5min from motomachi station.

great location , near motomachi and sonnamiya train stations , meridian park , daimaru department store , shopping streets .surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars . safe clean room and bed good breakfast

The staff were excellent could communicate very well in English. The room was spacious and efficiently designed excellent. Loved that they have a section to the right of the reception where you could listen to old records. Also helps that it’s right next to China Town.
